You must Join by filing the
"Consent to Join" Form
If you work or worked for EG&G as an operator, Paramedic
(alternatively known as Medical Technician), Maintenance
Technician, and/or Instrument & Control (“I&C”) Technician
similar position, for EG&G at
the TOCDF from June 23, 2005, and who did not file a written consent
to join the case of
Land et
al. v. EG&G Defense Materials, Inc (the
first lawsuit which was partially settled), you may be eligible to receive
unpaid wages and overtime.
If you are interested in
joining the class action lawsuit so that you can share in
any recovery of unpaid overtime wages, you must send in a
completed, signed "Consent
to Join"
form. Simply fill out this consent form and return it to the
address listed below. EG&G
employees who do not join in the lawsuit by filing the
consent form will not be allowed to share in the recovery of
any unpaid federal overtime wages.
