We recently mailed out an important Notice regarding this case to all the EG&G employees who are eligible to be class members in this lawsuit. Updates

June 23, 2008

 

On June 23, 2008, we filed and served the complaint against EG&G Defense Materials, Inc. for unpaid wages and benefits. 

 

The case is before Judge Ted Stewart in the Federal District Court of Utah.  The Court has assigned the case to Magistrate Judge Paul Warner Alba under 28:636 (b)(1)(A), to hear and determine all non-dispositive pretrial matters.
